Siyakholwa Development Foundation

Siyakholwa Development Foundation’s mission is to equip marginalised and disadvantaged individuals and communities in South Africa with the tools and resources they need to seize opportunities and break the cycle of poverty and unemployment. Our core approach is “building stronger communities” and we do this by running programmes that foster resilience, self-reliance and hope among the people we serve. We tackle tough social and economic challenges through targeted projects, including early childhood development, education, maternal and child health, food security, agro-ecology, youth and women’s employment, and public works. Siyakholwa works across several provinces, identifying service gaps and partnering with others to offer innovative and sustainable solutions. By investing in skills development, job creation and inclusive support, we help individuals build better futures, for themselves, their families and society as a whole.
